About You:
- Previous insulation and/or carpentry experience highly desired.
- Must know basic hand tools.
- Must have a basic knowledge of reading a tape measure.
- Hard-working and goal-oriented.
- Reliable and always on time.
- Has ability to multi-task.
- Comfortable working in a multi-temperature environment as required.
- Ability to lift/carry/push/pull up to 80lbs of product repetitively.
- Valid driver’s license.
Primary Objective:
Our Insulation Installers complete both new construction and retrofit projects.
- Load materials, tools, and equipment on the truck for each job.
- Install each job using company approved methods.
- Keeping a consistent pace to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Follow safety guidelines at all times.
- Unload the truck at the end of each day.
