MaxStrength Fitness SouthPark is a boutique strength training studio launching in Charlotte in late summer 2026. We keep our sessions small, our programming science-backed, and our client relationships genuine. Our trainers aren’t floor staff — they’re the heart of the experience. We’re hiring our founding team now, and the people who join us at the start will begin before we open — contributing to pre-opening training, preparation, and strategy.

What You’ll Do

• Lead personalized, evidence-based strength training sessions in a focused, low-distraction environment
• Conduct initial fitness assessments to understand each client’s goals, health history, and starting point
• Coach proper technique with clarity and confidence — safety and effectiveness are non-negotiable
• Keep thorough client records so every session builds on the last
