We are now hiring an Administrative Assistant — a mission-critical, client-facing role that sets the tone the moment someone engages with us. This is not a passive receptionist job. This is the heartbeat position of our studio.

WHAT YOU’LL DO (Performance Expectations)

• Deliver a World-Class Client Experience: On the phone or in person with a client or potential client, you must radiate positive energy, anticipate needs, and OVERDELIVER. If delighting people doesn’t light you up, you won’t last here.
• Master Our Software Systems & Keep Operations Running Smoothly: You’ll learn multiple platforms quickly, troubleshoot confidently, and keep digital and physical systems organized. Tech savvy is non-negotiable.
• Own the Phone & Communication Loop: You’ll answer every call with professionalism, return messages immediately, and follow up with leads persistently. This requires confidence, courtesy, and consistency.
• Switch Context Without Losing Precision: You’ll greet clients, update social media, schedule appointments, place orders, support marketing campaigns, and jump into client scheduling as needed. If interruptions throw you off, this role will overwhelm you — but if you’re a natural multitasker, you’ll love it!
• Support Marketing & Brand Presence: You’ll help launch mail campaigns, update social channels, and assist with marketing execution. Bonus points if you have skills in Canva, video editing, or content creation.

Compensation:

This role will part-time with hourly pay initially and could expand into a full-time in the future. (full-time employees receive paid vacations and health benefits).
