Job Summary
- Conduct thorough fitness assessments to understand client needs, goals, and health history
- Demonstrate and instruct clients on proper exercise techniques to ensure safety and effectiveness
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date client records to track achievements and milestones

Schedule / Expected Work Hours:
- Mondays & Thursdays: 7 am - 6 pm
- Tuesday & Fridays: 7 am - 1 pm
- Rotational Saturdays: 7 am - 12 pm
- Expected hours: 30-40 per week
