Compensation
- $20.00 - $24.00 per hour to start. Nearly double your salary after training!
- $500 bonuses for new clients you bring in
- $500 bonuses for new employees you refer
- Additional performance based bonuses!
What You'll Do
- Deliver world-class, personalized evidence-based strength training sessions to clients with amazing customer service.
- Conduct thorough fitness assessments to understand client needs, goals, and health history
- Demonstrate and instruct clients on proper exercise techniques to ensure safety and effectiveness
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date client records to track achievements and milestones
