Max’s Tavern and Max’s Swing Lounge, both located inside the Basketball Hall of Fame in Springfield, MA, are looking for a Busser/Runner with open availability to join our front-of-house team. Responsibilities:

• Clear and reset tables efficiently and discreetly to support fast table turnover

• Keep dining and service areas tidy and fully stocked throughout the shift

• Assist in water and bread service, or food running as needed

• Help with setup and breakdown of service stations and dining areas

• Work closely with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless guest service

• Maintain a warm and professional presence in the dining room at all times

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

• Prior experience as a Busser or Support Server in a restaurant or hotel setting preferred

• Familiarity with table service flow and guest interaction etiquette

• Comfort in high-volume environments

Skills and Qualities:

• Fast, focused, and reliable under pressure

• Excellent communication and coordination with servers and kitchen

• Clean and professional appearance

• Strong work ethic and positive team-oriented attitude

• Commitment to cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction

• Open availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
