Responsibilities:

• Interact with guests and staff in a cordial, efficient, and professional manner providing excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere

• Set a positive tone behind the bar and create a fun, efficient environment

• Prepare drinks according to established recipes and presentation standards

• Uphold all operational standards and ensure responsible alcohol service

• Maintain a clean and organized catering area

• Assist with setting up and breaking down the catering room before and after events

• Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner

• Handle cash and possibly credit transactions accurately

• Ensure proper portion control and adherence to recipes

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

• Must have reliable transportation between Springfield, MA and Hartford, CT to work events that may include: Weddings, Chef to Farm dinners, and private events at guests' homes

• Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

• A keen sense of organization and cleanliness

• Ability to multi-task in a high-energy environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Previous bartending or serving experience is a plus, but not required
