Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued

• Take accurate food and beverage orders, offering knowledgeable suggestions when appropriate

• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests

• Handle guest requests, concerns, or special occasions with professionalism and grace

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining room

• Work closely with the kitchen and bar team to ensure smooth and efficient service

• Accurately process payments and handle cash and credit transactions

• Contribute to a positive and cohesive team environment

• Stay up-to-date on menu changes, promotions, and seasonal offerings

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a server, preferably in a high-volume, upscale-casual, or casual dining environment preferred

• Ability to confidently describe menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and flavors

• Knowledge of wines, craft beers, and cocktails is a plus

• Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple tables in a busy environment

• Previous experience handling guest concerns and special requests with professionalism and grace

Skills & Qualities:

• Strong communication skills and a polished, friendly demeanor

• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and quality service

• A passion for food and beverages with the ability to provide recommendations

• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, providing excellent service under pressure

• A focus on creating a memorable dining experience for every guest
