- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and surrounding areas to promote a safe and organized workspace
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as ingredient prep or basic plating when needed to support kitchen staff
- Support bussing activities by clearing tables and transporting used dishware to the dishwashing area during service hours
- Help with catering setups and banquet events by ensuring all serving ware is clean and ready for use
- Follow proper food handling procedures to uphold hygiene standards and prevent cross-contamination
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely cleaning cycles during busy service periods
