MaxPax, LLC in Walworth, WI is seeking a self-motivated and professional material handler to join our growing team in the warehouse department on first shift.
Shift:
- Monday - Friday 6am-4pm (Fridays if needed)
Salary:
- Starting pay $14 (based on experience) plus $1 bonus premium for attendance

Responsibilities:
· Load and unload incoming and outgoing materials/products
· Keep lines replenished as needed
· Move materials to and from loading docks, delivery trucks, storage areas
· Operate a scan gun to move materials to and from proper locations
· Identify and label materials, and record their locations in the warehouse/on the shelves to maintain inventory
· Put inbound away to warehouse locations
· Execute any tasks delegated by shipping clerk, inventory specialist, and warehouse manager/supervisor
· Discard cardboard into compactor
· Wrap pallets and put finished goods pallets into corresponding shipping lanes
Qualifications
· High School Diploma or equivalent
· 1-4 years’ experience working in the warehouse department
· Strong communication skills
· Organizational skills
· Must be able to work well in a team
· Ability to read, write and follow instructions and work independently with little guidance
· Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time; ability to bend and to lift heavy materials
· Ability to operate RF Scanner guns and relevant warehouse management computer software
· Bilingual a plus!
Physical Demands:
- Required to lift to 50 lbs.
- Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach and move about the facility.
Work Environment:
- Work performed in a combination of shop and office environments.
- Exposed to shop elements such as noise, dust, odors, fumes, oils.
- Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.
