Job Description:
Job Title: Technical Writer 2
Job Type: Contract
Job Location: Sunnyvale, CA
Work Schedule: On-site
Pay Rate: $80 Based on experience.
Description:
- Organize material and complete documentation for planning processes according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology.
- Maintain records and files of work and revisions.
- Review published materials and recommend revisions or changes in scope, format, and content.
- Assist in publishing materials in Agile and IS Training portals for global users.
- Work with demand supply planning and production planning personnel and to become familiar with planning, production and product fulfillment methods.
- Understand the demand and supply planning processes within advanced planning tool - O9 to translate that into end user documentation (including video tutorials).
- Develop or maintain online help documentation. Support AI search efforts within the organization.
Technology Skills
- Project management software — Atlassian Confluence.
- Office Tools – Microsoft Office Suite.
- ERP Software – O9 Ref Model, S4 HANA.
- Product Lifecycle Management – Agile.
- Document management software — Adobe Acrobat; Microsoft SharePoint
