Maxonic maintains a close and long-term relationship with our direct client. In support of their needs, we are looking for a Sr Wifi Contractor.

Job Description:

Job Title: Sr Wifi Contractor

Job Type: 6-month contract with possible extension

Job Location: Remote role but the candidate must reside in Las Vegas

Pay Rate: $60 W2, Based on experience.

Responsibilities:

Required Skills and Experience

Expert level capability is required in all of the following areas.

• Extensive hands on experience with HP Aruba wireless technology including 802.1X, Airwave, and ClearPass

• Proficiency with Palo Alto firewalls to troubleshoot wifi issues

• Proven background in high density wireless network design and deployments

• Proficiency with wireless analysis tools including spectrum analyzers, protocol analyzers, RF planning tools, and site survey tools

• Experience documenting and managing wireless networks including overlaying APs on CAD or similar blueprints for heat mapping, along with a strong working knowledge of RF design and WLAN fundamentals

• Strong understanding of TCP IP (IPv4 and IPv6), routing, and switching using Cisco technologies with Aruba wifi

• Hands on technical implementation skills

• Clear communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a large and fast paced environment while following formal change control processes
