Job Description:
Job Title: Senior IT Director
Job Type: Fulltime
Job Location: Pleasanton, CA
Work Schedule: On-site/hybrid
Salary: $152,000 - $280,000 Based on experience.
Job responsibilities:
· Own all data & analytics platforms & tools, including Snowflake, Power BI, MicroStrategy, Alation, and other front-end tools. They will be responsible for the entire data estate, including the data lake, data warehouse, and data platforms.
· Lead the team in exploring new solutions, including data science & ML, solving complex technical issues, identifying efficiencies, and building proof of concepts as required.
· Set the mission and vision of the Data Technologies organization to foster a customer-centric culture and mindset driven by a future state data vision for the company and adding business value.
· Build and maintains relationships with other technical leaders and business executives to develop a keen understanding of business needs; ensures efficient delivery of IT services to meet those needs.
· Build & manage roadmap to modernize data & analytics platforms and enable new, strategic business capabilities.
· Evolve the data technology organization to adopt Agile methods & DevOps
· Build a deep bench of team leadership and technical talent to deliver results and support future growth and mentor the team to their full potential.
