Job Title: CAE Optimization Engineer (Mid-Level)
Job Type: Contract

Work Schedule: On-site
Rate: $82.75,Based on experience
Purpose & Impact
- This role supports company design team across multiple domains—NVH, crash, durability, and manufacturing—by applying advanced CAE optimization techniques to reduce mass, enhance performance, and guide design decisions. You’ll contribute to both current and future vehicle platforms.
Responsibilities
- Set up and execute structural optimizations (design space, constraints, objectives, etc.)
- Interpret results and propose manufacturable solutions
- Perform subsystem and full-vehicle level optimization (stiffness, stress, mass)
- Apply multi-domain and multi-material optimization strategies
- Use tools like OptiStruct, NASTRAN, Hyperworks, BetaCAE
- Collaborate cross-functionally to balance performance across attributes
- Provide design guidance during concept phases
- Script in Python or TCL (a plus)
*Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s (or higher) in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
- Minimum 4 years of experience, with 1–2 years in optimization
- Strong FEA fundamentals and CAE optimization knowledge
- Familiar with OptiStruct/NASTRAN, Hyperworks, BetaCAE
- Enthusiastic, quick learner, problem solver, and team collaborator
- Performance assessed via task-based evaluations
