What are the responsibilities and job description for the Foundation Drillers Assistant (2 yrs Construction Exp Req, Must be in WISE county) position at Maxon Drilling?
Drilling company is looking for a Drillers Assistant that has at least 2 years of prior experience in construction. We are looking for candidates only in Wise County. A background in construction is needed! You must have a valid driver license. If you meet all requirements, please apply.

Responsibilities:
5:30 am arrival to Decatur Tx location
Load out augers and tooling as required
Prepare equipment daily with fluids and greasing
Assist the driller by spotting the equipment, setting up safety cones / hole protection, shoveling loose dirt as the auger advances, measuring the depth of shaft, leveling kelly bars, setting up straddle bar etc...
Servicing equipment on scheduled routines
Hauling bumper pull trailers
Self motivated, work well with others, dependable (being late or missing work will not be tolerated), coachable / teachable personality
