Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Medicine and Physical Therapy, with the ability to apply clinical knowledge to diverse patient populations.
- Experience in Rehabilitation, including designing and implementing individualized therapy programs to restore function and mobility.
- Demonstrated commitment to high-quality Patient Care, with excellent bedside manner and clear, empathetic communication.
- Ability to provide Home Care services when needed, including safe in-home assessments and instructions for ongoing therapy.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program; current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of New Mexico.
- Strong documentation skills and familiarity with electronic health records and standard PT assessment tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team and adapt to a dynamic clinical environment.
- BLS/CPR certification and adherence to professional, ethical, and safety standards.
