Position Summary
This is a strategic, high-impact role combining advanced solutions architecture, federal capture management, and relationship leadership. The successful candidate will serve as both architect and capture lead, representing MAXISIQ to federal partners and customers, designing winning technical solutions, and shaping the pipeline for opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture Leadership & Lifecycle Management: Lead full lifecycle capture efforts from strategic engagement and deal qualification to proposal development and team formation. Execute capture strategies, win themes, competitor analysis, and pricing tactics to ensure successful contract wins and business growth.
- Technical Solutions Architect: Collaborate with engineering and R&D teams to design and refine solutions to solve customer problems. Convert customer requirements into scalable, modular, and compliant technical narratives and solutions for proposals.
- Operational Alignment & Mission Impact: Bridge customer mission needs and technical opportunities, ensuring solution delivery enhances readiness, resilience, and operational superiority.
- Market Intelligence & Innovation: Monitor trends in federal procurement, acquisition, and technology, to inform pipeline decisions and solution approach.
- Internal Collaboration & Practice Development: Establish delivery methodologies, best practices, and templates for solution engagements. Work across technical, contracts, pricing, and executive teams to align strategies and execution plans.
- Industry Representation: Represent MAXISIQ at executive briefings, technical showcases, and industry events. Deepen relationships with federal clients, partners, and the acquisition community.
- Strategic Federal Partnership Development: Build and nurture trust-based relationships with primes, subcontractors, and government leaders to expand MAXISIQ’s presence and capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- 15 years of direct federal or DoD experience, including program leadership and hands-on capture and capture management.
- Demonstrated success developing technical solutions for federal proposals and operational programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology, or related discipline.
- Broad understanding of federal and DoD acquisition life cycles, procurement structures, and compliance frameworks.
- Strong grasp of network infrastructures, digital engineering, AI/ML, and cybersecurity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, confident executive presence.
- Active Secret clearance required; TS/SCI preferred.
