Key ResponsibilitiesPharma Talent Acquisition Leadership- Develop and execute strategic talent acquisition initiatives across pharmaceutical, biotech, and life sciences domains.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for critical scientific, clinical, regulatory, and commercial roles.
- Partner with senior leadership to forecast talent needs, build workforce plans, and create high-impact talent pipelines.
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies and recruitment technologies to optimize hiring effectiveness and candidate experience.
- Establish and enforce recruitment best practices, performance metrics, and operational efficiency frameworks.
- Mentor and develop recruitment teams, ensuring high-level capability in sourcing, assessment, and stakeholder management.

- 10 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, recruitment leadership, or HR within pharma or biotech.
- Proven track record in business development and client advisory within the life sciences sector.
- Deep understanding of pharmaceutical talent markets, workforce trends, and regulatory considerations.
- Demonstrated success in designing and leading recruitment strategies, teams, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Exceptional communication, consultative, and executive presence skills.
