Technology Leader / Subject Matter Expert – Life Sciences (Clinical Systems / CTMS)
The Technology Leader / SME will lead customer engagements and platform implementations within the life sciences domain, with deep expertise in clinical systems, including CTMS as a mandatory requirement. This role ensures successful customer onboarding, delivery, adoption, and ongoing support of clinical technology solutions. The leader will collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams (product, engineering, sales, and marketing) to deliver high-quality, cost-effective implementations, drive platform adoption post go-live, and incorporate real-world clinical feedback into the product roadmap. Responsibilities also include managing delivery margins, improving implementation efficiency, supporting pre-sales solutioning, and contributing to go-to-market initiatives such as case studies and webinars.
