Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Define and communicate a compelling product vision and long-term strategy for MaxIQ’s AI-driven customer journey platform, ensuring alignment with business goals and market opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of product managers, fostering a culture of ownership, creativity, and execution excellence.
- Partner with the CTO and other executive leaders to prioritize initiatives, allocate resources, and shape the product roadmap.
- Drive end-to-end product lifecycle management, from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and post-launch optimization.
- Champion a customer-centric approach by synthesizing feedback from customers, stakeholders, and market trends to inform product direction and innovation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, UX, QE, and Go-to-Market teams to deliver high- quality, timely product releases.
- Establish and track key product metrics to measure success, inform decisions, and optimize for business impact.
- Represent MaxIQ’s product vision externally with customers, partners, and at industry events.
- 10 years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role (Director or Head of Product) within SaaS or B2B technology companies.
- Proven track record of setting product vision, building and scaling product teams, and launching category-defining products.
- Deep understanding of SaaS ecosystems and product lifecycle management.
- Strong background in software development and/or program management is highly desirable.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic thinker with a passion for solving complex challenges in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Demonstrated ability to inspire teams, drive execution, and deliver results in startup or scale-up settings.
