Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Hydraulic Technician to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing facility. Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repairs on hydraulic systems and components, ensuring optimal performance.
- Utilize programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for system diagnostics and troubleshooting.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Analyze schematics and blueprints to identify issues and implement solutions.
- Operate precision measuring instruments such as ammeters and ohmmeters for accurate diagnostics.
- Execute welding tasks, including stick welding, as required for repairs or modifications.
- Provide field service support, addressing customer needs with professionalism and technical knowledge.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency and safety within the manufacturing environment.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
Experience
Candidates should have experience in the following areas:
- Industrial mechanic experience with a strong mechanical knowledge base.
- Familiarity with HVAC/R systems and their components.
- Previous experience in industrial maintenance or as an industrial electrician is preferred.
- Proficiency in using scissor lifts safely within a manufacturing setting.
- Strong analysis skills to diagnose issues effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills to foster positive relationships with clients.
- Military experience is a plus, bringing valuable technical skills to the role.
