What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Advocate position at Maximus World?
Role Description This full-time remote Sales Advocate role at Maximus World focuses on driving revenue growth and building strong customer relationships. The Sales Advocate will engage with prospective consumers through cold calls. Day-to-day responsibilities include Outbound cold calling to prepare consumers for transfer to live support agent, there is a bit of product presentations however this will not be the main focus. You will be prequalifiing consumers and filling out gathered information on form before transferring to the next department. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to refine sales strategies, providing feedback on customer trends, and participating in training or coaching sessions to support continuous improvement.
Position is 100% Commission based. You will be paid $50 per every qualified/billable transfer. Weekly pay if you can average 10 transfers a week.
Ideal candidates must have minimum 3 year call center experience in sales/cold calling.
