Job Summary
Maximus Law is seeking an energetic and driven Field Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, actively engaging with potential clients and existing accounts to drive business growth. Your passion for sales, combined with your ability to manage territories effectively, will help expand our market presence. Duties

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive lead generation and cold calling within assigned territories
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and tailored product demonstrations
  • Manage a designated territory by planning sales routes, scheduling appointments, and conducting face-to-face meetings with prospects and existing customers
  • Present compelling product demos and upsell solutions that meet client needs, leveraging technical knowledge and market insights
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, update account information, and analyze territory performance
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted campaigns that support territory growth and brand awareness
  • Other duties as assigned depending on operational needs

Experience

  • Proven experience in outside sales or B2B sales, preferably in technology or related industries
  • Strong management skills with the ability to handle multiple accounts and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Demonstrated success in business development, lead generation, and territory management
  • Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or other CRM tools for tracking sales activities and customer interactions
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
  • Ability to conduct product demos confidently and perform technical sales when required
  • Experience in retail sales or inside sales is a plus but not mandatory; a proactive attitude is essential

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
