Las Flores Olde Town Mex, a lively Tex-Mex restaurant under Maximus Hospitality & Management, is looking for enthusiastic and service-oriented Servers to join our team. If you have a passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
As a Server:
- Provide attentive and friendly service to guests, ensuring a welcoming dining experience.
- Take accurate food and drink orders, making menu recommendations and accommodating special requests.
- Deliver orders promptly and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal.
- Maintain a clean and organized section, including tables, chairs, and floors.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a server or bartender in a fast-paced restaurant or bar setting preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment.
- Knowledge of Tex-Mex cuisine and cocktails is a plus, but not required.
- Must be 18 years or older to serve alcohol (21 years or older for bartenders).
