Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be crucial in supporting daily office operations, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. *A clean driver's license is a must.
Duties
1. Administrative and Secretarial Support
- Answer and direct phone calls, take orders, assist with invoicing and filing
2. Inventory Management and Restocking
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, restocking products as needed
3. Outside Sales Support and Deliveries
- Conduct outside sales, visiting local businesses or clients to promote products and services.
- Deliver products to clients and ensure timely, accurate deliveries.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
