We are hiring a Business Development & Customer Success Representative who knows how to build trust, open doors, and manage business relationships. This role is designed for professionals who want to enter the tech industry without starting over and grow their career alongside experienced technology leaders.
If you have succeeded in sales, customer success, hospitality, real estate, medical sales, recruiting, or other relationship-driven roles, we will train you on the technology while you focus on what you already do well.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound and warm outreach to prospective and existing business clients
Engage in B2B conversations to understand goals, challenges, and opportunities
Present solutions at a high level and coordinate technical discussions with senior team members
Build and maintain strong relationships to drive customer satisfaction and retention
Support customer onboarding and ensure a smooth transition
Serve as a trusted point of contact for follow-ups and ongoing support
Track leads and customer interactions using CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar platforms
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on outreach and lead-generation efforts
What We're Looking For
Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills
Experience in sales, customer success, account management, or client-facing roles
Comfort with outbound calling and professional business conversations
Ability to build credibility and trust with business decision-makers
Organized, self-motivated, and eager to learn
Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office is a plus but not required

Medical device or pharmaceutical sales
Real estate, mortgage, or insurance
Hospitality or service-oriented roles
Staffing, recruiting, or account management
