We’re seeking a Project Administrator to join our team. The Project Administrator works directly with the Project Team to ensure accurate and timely management of the project’s administrative functions. The Project Administrator has direct responsibility for ensuring that all contractually required paperwork and reporting is maintained appropriately and provides administrative support to the Project Team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (included, but not limited to)Provides administrative support to ensure effective office operations. Process and log subcontracts, insurance documentation, and other items required by Contract as directed.Maintain and update file management systems.Assist in preparing Accounts Receivable, including all contract-required back-up materials.Assist in Coordinating New Hire Needs to include lodging, vehicle, etc. Prepare project information sheets as needed by the project.Maintain spreadsheets and assist in tracking material deliveries by project.Perform other related duties as assigned by management.Works with sensitive information with discretion to maintain confidentiality and security and ensure compliance with privacy policies and regulations.Position Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skillsEffective time management and organizational skillsHigh degree of accuracy and attention to detailData entry skills, along with the ability to compile data-driven reports.Ability to prioritize work and handle multiple priorities.Ability to work independently.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Education and Experience: High School diploma1 years relevant work experiencePhysical Demands:Use of manual dexterity, tactile, visual, and audio acuity.Use of repetitive motion, prolonged periods of sitting and standing, and sustained visual and mental applications and demands.Occasional lifting (up to 15 pounds), bending, pulling, and carrying.Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of the job.
