Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate, skilled, and patient-centered Manual Physical Therapist to join our team full-time. The ideal candidate will have experience in manual therapy and a commitment to delivering high-quality care. You will work closely with patients to assess, treat, and improve their physical function, helping them achieve their health and wellness goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with a variety of musculoskeletal and movement disorders using manual therapy techniques.
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs and goals.
- Educate patients on exercises, injury prevention, and self-management strategies.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in compliance with clinic and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Iowa.
- Experience or strong interest in manual therapy techniques (orthopedic, musculoskeletal focus preferred).
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Commitment to providing patient-centered, high-quality care.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
