- Spending time talking, laughing, and building trust
- Supporting hobbies, games, walks, or simple community outings
- Helping with meals or organizing daily routines
- Encouraging independence while being a reliable presence
- Ending the day knowing you helped someone feel valued and supported
- Must be 18 years or older
- Able to complete a criminal background check
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs
- Comfortable with standing, bending, kneeling, and assisting with personal care
- Compassionate, dependable, and respectful
