Base salary range of $180K–$250K meaningful early-stage equity (0.1–0.5%). Compensation can flex higher for exceptional candidates with standout backgrounds.

About this Role
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with 4-7 years of experience to join as a core engineer building the AI operating system for the CFO office. You'll own an entire finance domain end-to-end, working directly with customers, CFOs, and controllers to automate accounting workflows that replace manual processes.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Own a finance module (revenue, cash, close, reporting) and ship it end-to-end with a small pod of engineers.
- Build and scale fundamental backend systems — distributed pipelines, workflow engines, and integrations across ERPs, banks, and billing platforms.
- Work directly with end customers (controllers, accountants, CFOs) to understand problems and translate them into shipped software.
- Build AI agents with verification, guardrails, and observability for non-deterministic systems that finance teams can trust.
- Operate as a generalist within your pod — shipping full-stack when the work calls for it, from LLM pipelines to infrastructure to UX.
