Responsibilities- Collect, clean, and interpret data from various sources to facilitate analyses.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders.
- Identify trends and patterns in complex data sets to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data and reporting requirements.
- Perform statistical analysis to evaluate performance and forecast future outcomes.
- Ensure data quality and accuracy through the implementation of proper validation checks.
- Convey findings and trends to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience working as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and programming languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on attention to detail.
- Experience with statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in an understandable format.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
