Basic Math & Money Handling
- Ability to quickly and accurately calculate totals, change, and discounts
- Experience operating a cash register and/or POS system
- Understanding of basic cash handling procedures (e.g., balancing drawer)
Efficiency & Time Management
- Works quickly while maintaining accuracy
- Stays focused during busy periods
- Capable of multitasking (e.g., scanning, bagging, greeting)
Cleanliness & Organization
- Keeps work area neat and orderly
- Follows store cleanliness and safety guidelines
- Assists in restocking or front-end organization when needed
