Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role located in Hershey, PA, for a Financial Administrative Assistant. The role involves supporting financial and administrative operations, such as managing invoicing, assisting with billing processes, handling administrative tasks, and maintaining organized financial records. The Financial Administrative Assistant will also provide general administrative support to management and other team members to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Administrative Processes
- Strong knowledge of Billing Processes and Invoicing procedures
- Familiarity with basic Finance principles and practices
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills and can take initiative
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members and clients
- Proficiency in relevant administrative and financial software systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred
- Previous experience in administrative or financial roles is a plus
