We are seeking a passionate and service-focused Sommelier to join our Front of House team and help deliver exceptional wine service and dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional wine service to members and guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
• Curate personalized wine recommendations based on guest preferences and menu selections.
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge of wines, vintages, regions, producers, and beverage offerings.
• Maintain and organize wine inventories, storage areas, and service stations.
• Assist with wine cellar management, stock rotation, and inventory counts.
• Educate team members on wine offerings, pairings, and service standards.
• Ensure all beverage service complies with company standards, health regulations, and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Complete opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sommelier or beverage professional in a fine dining restaurant, luxury hotel, or private club.
• Strong wine knowledge with a passion for hospitality and guest engagement.
• Sommelier certification (CMS, WSET, or equivalent) preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and upselling skills.
• Professional, polished, and detail-oriented demeanor.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume luxury hospitality environment.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• TIPS and NYC DOH certifications preferred.
