Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable attitude.Familiarity with reception or front desk operations and procedures is beneficial, but not required. The ability to speak multiple languages is always welcomed. Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally. Able to work well in a team environment. Current First Aid and/or CPR qualifications, F0-1’s, F0-3’s & FLSD’s, S-95 and Fire Safety certificate preferred. What you’ll be doing: You’ll be working as part of an established team delivering exceptional experiences daily.
