Maximal Security Services LLC is seeking a dependable, professional, and customer-focused Full-Time Unarmed Security Officer to join our team in Fall River, Massachusetts.
This is a full-time, fixed overnight position with 35 guaranteed hours per week. The selected officer will work a consistent Monday through Friday schedule. Dependable officers with strong performance may also have opportunities to pick up additional shifts based on company needs.

- 11:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- 35 guaranteed hours per week
Pay
- $17.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and property.
- Conduct routine interior and exterior patrols.
- Monitor the property for suspicious activity, safety hazards, and unauthorized individuals.
- Control access and verify identification when required.
- Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies.
- Complete all required digital reports, including patrol scans, Daily Activity Reports (DARs), and incident documentation using the company's mobile reporting application.
- Follow all site-specific post orders and company policies.
- Notify company management and emergency services when necessary.
- Provide professional customer service while maintaining a visible security presence.
Requirements
- Active Massachusetts Security Guard Card/License (Required)
- Reliable transportation.
- Valid Driver's License preferred.
- Must own a smartphone capable of running the company's patrol and reporting application.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and dependable attendance.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening, if required.
Previous security, military, or law enforcement experience is preferred but not required.
