What You'll Do
- Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care to patients in the home setting
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient progress and respond appropriately to changes in condition
- Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and the clinical team to coordinate care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Ensure patient safety and follow infection-control and universal precaution standards
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Current CPR certification
- PPD or Chest X-Ray (if applicable)
