What you’ll do
- Provide skilled nursing care in the home
- Monitor patient condition and respond to changes
- Administer treatments and medications
- Work closely with families and care teams
- Educate patients with confidence
Requirements
- Active RN license (NY)
- Current BLS certification
- 1 year experience preferred
- Physical with habituation statement
- MMR
- Quantiferon or 2 step PPD
