Hourly Pay: $21-$24 / Hour
Maxim Healthcare is hiring for a Registered Behavior Technician to work one-one-one children and/or adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder and similar developmental delays and behavioral health challenges.

Responsibilities:
- Help children work on social skills, communication skills, and repetitive or restrictive behaviors
- Document child progress and milestones
- Follow and implement behavior change plans created by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts
Qualifications:
- Have an active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification by the BACB
- Passion for working with children with special needs
- Strong communication skills
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Must be at least 18 years of age
