- Develop and lead the overall recruitment strategy for the office
- Provide ongoing development and coaching for team members
- Translate business plans into actionable recruiting strategies
- Drive strategic recruiting efforts and programs for Recruiters and Client Coordinators
- Implement staffing plans based on client needs
- Evaluate and leverage recruitment resources (technology, social media, job fairs, referrals) to improve key metrics such as caregiver starts, fill rates, retention, and overtime reduction
- Prepare reports and monitor performance metrics
- Ensure accuracy of patient and caregiver schedules in the system of record
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Provider Relations, or Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory or administrative experience in home health care or related programs preferred
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience
- Knowledge of home care requirements and third-party reimbursement
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams)
- Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements
- Fluency in English required
