Maxim Healthcare Exton is seeking skilled nurses (LPN/RN) to care with our pediatric or adult population(s) in a 1:1 capacity at home or accompanying them at school.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized nursing care in client's home or school settings
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Monitor patient condition and report changes
- Collaborate with families and healthcare team members
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Qualifications:
- Active LPN or RN license
- Current CPR certification
- Compassionate, reliable, and patient-focused
- Home care or pediatric experience preferred but not required
