This is a full-time on-site Nurse position located in Nacogdoches, TX. The Nurse will provide patient care by assessing health conditions, administering medications, managing treatment plans, and collaborating with a medical team to ensure quality outcomes. The role will also involve educating patients and families, maintaining detailed records, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and protocols.

• Strong clinical skills, including patient assessment, vital signs monitoring, and medication administration.
• Knowledge of developing and managing care plans and understanding treatment protocols.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration and patient education.
• Attention to detail and documentation skills for maintaining accurate medical records and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care in a team-oriented environment.
• Active RN or LVN license in the state of Texas and CPR/BLS certification.
• Prior experience in acute or long-term care environments is highly preferred but not required.
