The Role
This is a high-impact position focused on Behavioral Redirection and Crisis Intervention. You will work 1:1 in the patient's home to provide:
- Intensive Behavioral Support: Implementing safety protocols and redirection for aggressive or intense behaviors.
- ADL Assistance: Providing essential daily care, including bathing, toileting, brushing teeth, and feeding.
- Direct Care: Following a customized care plan to ensure the safety and dignity of the patient.
Qualifications
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience with Crisis Intervention, Crisis Management, or Intensive Behaviors (required).
- Education: High School Diploma or GED (No degree required).
- Skills: Ability to handle physical redirection and assist with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
- Requirements: Reliable transportation to get to 1:1 home cases and a passion for supporting the mental health community.
