Maxim Healthcare in San Bernardino is hiring for a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) work with Pediatric and/or Adult patients in their own homes.
Full Time and Part Time schedules available in and near the city of Riverside:
Low acuity:
Monday, Thursday, and Friday 4pm-10pm, Thurs-Sun 7a-3p (Riverside)
Monday-Wednesday 3pm-9:30pm | Two Saturdays out of the month 9am-5pm *Flexible weekends (Riverside)

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 10am-6pm / Some Saturday’s 10am-6pm (Riverside)
Monday-Friday 11:30am-7:30pm (Riverside)

Responsibilities:
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
- Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
- Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
Qualifications:
- Currently licensed as an LVN in the state in which the LVN will practice.
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
- Current BLS card.
- One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
