Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking compassionate and skilled Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to provide one-on-one private duty nursing care for pediatric and adult patients throughout Orange County. Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients with tracheostomies, ventilators, feeding tubes, and other specialized medical needs.
- Monitor and document patient status, identifying changes in physical or psychosocial condition.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician.
- Collaborate with family members, caregivers, and the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Educate patients and families on disease processes, treatments, and care plans.
- Respond appropriately to emergencies and changes in patient condition.
