Role Description
This is a full-time or Part-time, Home Care Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position located in Orlando, FL. The LPN will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients, administering medications, documenting patient information, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure treatment plans are followed. Additional responsibilities include monitoring patient conditions, providing personalized care, and educating patients and their families about treatments and overall care.
Qualifications
- Experience in administering medications, providing wound care, and monitoring vital signs
- Strong skills in patient documentation, record-keeping, and healthcare compliance
- Proficiency in patient communication, empathy, and family education
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Possess a 1 year-active LPN license in the state of Florida
- Basic knowledge of medical equipment and technology
- Previous experience in private duty nursing or personal care is a plus
- BLS/CPR certification preferred
