What You’ll Do
- Help Kids Learn and Grow: Help children work on social skills, communication skills, and repetitive or restrictive behaviors.
- Always Stay Active: Implement goals and programs in the individualized Behavior Plan designed by our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts.
- Keep Things Organized: Document kiddos’ progress and milestones using a mobile application while following Behavior Plans, objectives, and instruction from the BCBA/Program supervisor.
- Consistent Work Setting: You’ll primarily provide services in client’s homes, with some sessions held in local schools depending on our client’s needs.
- Support Families: Be part of a team that helps families see real progress and hope through providing true behavior support services and crisis intervention.
- Competitive Pay: $21 - $26/hr. (Based on Experience, Education, and Certification)
- Weekly Paychecks: Paid out Every Friday!
- Hours: Avg. 15-20 Hours with Weekday and Weekend Availability.

- Passion for working with children with Special Needs
- Strong Communication Skills
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Required/ College Education
- Minimum of One (1) Year relevant experience preferred
- Current CPR/BLS certification or Willingness to obtain one
- Computer proficiency Required
