Pay: $23.00 – $28.00 per hour (Based on Experience & Certification)
Shift: Consistent Afternoon Sessions (Prime Hours)

The Mission
As a Behavior Technician, you aren’t just "babysitting." You are the frontline of progress. You will work 1-on-1 with children on the autism spectrum, helping them communicate their needs, build social skills, and achieve milestones that change their family’s trajectory forever.
Who You Are
-The Experienced Pro: You have an active RBT license (Huge Plus!) or have completed the 40-hour ABA online training.
-The Natural Educator: You have 6 months of experience working with children (Special Education, Paraprofessional, Summer Camp, or ABA).
-The Reliable Partner: You have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and are ready to commit to afternoon sessions (typically between 2 PM – 7 PM).
-The Communicator: You’re great at taking data and even better at building rapport with parents and kiddos.
