Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour

Responsibilities
- Provide skilled 1:1 nursing care to pediatric patients in the school and/or home setting
- Follow the patient's plan of care and physician orders
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient condition and report changes to the clinical team
- Assist with trach care, ventilator care, G-tube feedings, seizure monitoring, diabetic care, and other skilled nursing needs as applicable
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Partner with patients and families to deliver high-quality care
Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the state of Tennessee
- Current Health Certificate (per facility).
- Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
- Current BLS card.
- One year prior LPN experience preferred.
