Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide exceptional one-on-one nursing care for patients in home and/or school settings throughout Brodheadsville, PA and surrounding communities.

Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with the physician's orders and individualized care plan
- Monitor, assess, and document patient condition and progress
- Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies
- Assist patients with daily health and wellness needs
- Observe and report changes in patient status to the supervising Registered Nurse (RN)
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with families, school personnel, physicians, and healthcare team members
- Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive environment for the patient
- Follow all state, federal, HIPAA, and Maxim Healthcare policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Current Pennsylvania Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
- Current CPR certification
- Previous pediatric, home care, school nursing, or private duty nursing experience preferred, but not required
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while providing compassionate, patient-centered care
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background screenings and all required clearances
